Every claim is provable in a live packet capture. We promise ISP-blind, un-throttleable and fail-closed, and all three are demonstrable on your own line before you pay the balance.
We do not promise "anonymous," because we cannot prove it. Anyone who does is selling you something they have not tested against a serious adversary.
